Shipping within the Republic of Ireland costs €11 per order delivery.
Free Shipping on all orders over €150 within Republic of Ireland.

All shipping costs for deliveries outside the Republic of Ireland will need to be calculated on an order by order basis as costs vary based on destination.
Deliveries within Republic of Ireland typically takes 3-5 working days. Deliveries to other destinations will vary.

Shipping & Delivery
A contact number and an email address is required for all deliveries.
We use AnPost parcel delivery service for shipping within the Republic of Ireland.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
You have a number of options available if you miss a delivery:
- Collect your item by bringing your ‘sorry we missed you notice’ (also called a Docket In Box or DIB notice) and personal identification, such as a driver’s licence, to your local Delivery Service Unit
- Nominate an agent to collect the item on your behalf. You (the addressee) must sign the ‘sorry we missed you’ notice and the agent must have this and their own identification in order to collect the item
- Arrange redelivery of the item online to the same or an alternative address. Redeliveries can take approximately 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
- If you believe that your item should have been delivered, but you have not received a DIB, then it is most likely that your item is still in transit.
How many times will you try to deliver my parcel?
We will try to deliver to the address at least once, if there is no one available to accept the parcel we will leave you a “sorry we missed you!” notice explaining how to get it. This will explain the options to collect the parcel from one of our locations or you can arrange a redelivery online. If you’re not going to be at home, you can avoid missing a delivery by setting a safe spot up. This can be a safe, dry place out of view or a neighbour. Duty and taxes apply to Non EU countries – if you choose not to accept these charges and the items are returned to us, you will be liable for the return costs.
We advise you to supply an address where there is someone available Mon-Fri during working hours.
Returns and Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and received by us in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards and vouchers are non refundable.
Commissioned and bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received in original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Processing times can vary by bank or Credit Card provider, so it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. In this situation please contact your bank for more information.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 9yardceramics@gmail.com and send your item to: 9 Yard Ceramics, Roonagh Road, Doughmakeon, Louisburgh, Co.Mayo.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 Yard Ceramics, Roonagh Road, Doughmakeon, Louisburgh, Co.Mayo.
All ceramics are are susceptible to damage during shipping if not properly protected for transport, so please ensure that the items being returned are appropriately packed with suitable packing materials.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
