Description
Hand thrown stoneware butter dish with lid. The rims of both the lid and dish are decorated with a stained clay slip. The lid has a neat rounded handle for easy lifting, reflecting the rounded cover design. Both lid and dish are glazed on the inside and unglazed on the outside. This butter dish will make a beautiful stand-alone centrepiece for any kitchen table and will also compliment the other pieces in this range to complete your tableware set. We would always recommend hand washing all handmade ceramics, however, with due care these pieces can be washed in the dishwasher and are also microwave safe.
